Why Delco Gooseneck Livestock Trailers?

Our Process-Built

Superiority

Cattleman Bar Top Series

Open roof and side geometry engineered for maximum airflow. Built for shorter hauls and warm-weather operations where animal comfort is the priority.

COWBOY DELUXE METAL Top Series

Full weather enclosure for long-distance transport and variable conditions. Same frame as the bar top — different engineering decision for different haul profiles.

Rodeo King Premium Series

Enhanced construction quality, upgraded interior appointments, superior fit and finish. For operations where the condition of your trailer reflects the standard of your operation.

Bison Groundload Series

No ramp. Load and unload at ground level — faster cycles, less animal stress, built for high-volume commercial operations. The GX runs 53 feet — the largest trailer Delco builds.

BUILT TO SPEC — NOT TO A SINGLE STANDARD

Every series is engineered to its job. Frame size scales to load and length — 8″×13 lb I-beam on standard models, 12″×19 lb on commercial groundload. Interior width is matched to standard chute and loading dock dimensions — 6′ on compact models up to 7’6″ on commercial configurations. These aren’t marketing tiers. They’re engineering decisions made before the first weld.

CONFIGURE IT FOR YOUR OPERATION

No two operations haul the same way. Delco’s option set lets you spec your trailer to your workflow — gate configurations, tack rooms, lighting packages, nose configurations, and more. Your authorized dealer will walk through every option against your actual use case.

FOR YOUR OPERATION

No two operations haul the same way. Delco’s option set lets you spec your trailer to your workflow — gate configurations, tack rooms, lighting packages, nose configurations, and more. Your authorized dealer will walk through every option against your actual use case.

Gate & interior layout

How you divide your trailer determines how you load, sort, and haul. This is the first configuration decision for most buyers — and the most operation-specific.

Sliding center gate

Butterfly center gate

Gate-in-gate option

Removable center gate

Divider / stud stall

Split configs: 5'/4'/5', 12'/8' +

Tack rooms & storage

For equine operations and working ranches that need gear on the road — saddles, bridles, pads, and more — without a separate trip or a separate trailer.

Slanted walk-in tack

4' walk-in tack, dual-door

Deluxe slanted tack (3 lights)

Tack room + divider wall

4 dog boxes at front

2.5' tack box option

Frame & hauling reinforcements

For buyers running heavy loads, rough terrain, or long commercial hauls — structural options that extend service life and match the duty cycle of the operation.

Raised neck (6")

Heavy duty D&D fenders

Second spare tire mount

Aluminum ramp option

Solar panel upgrade

Safety chain & breakaway kit

Nose & front configurations

Aerodynamics, load access, and front-end utility — the nose spec affects how the trailer handles on the highway and how you access the front of your load.

Bullet nose — 6', 6'8", or 7'6"

Flat nose option

Clean-out on front

No front gravel guard

Solar panel upgrade

Safety chain & breakaway kit

Common Questions

Answered.

Why gooseneck over bumper pull at commercial scale?
Weight distribution and control. A gooseneck coupler puts trailer weight over the truck’s rear axle — not cantilevered behind it. At commercial livestock loads, that translates directly to highway stability, higher rated payload capacity, and handling that stays predictable. At scale, bumper pull isn’t the right tool.

Think about your haul profile. Bar top is an airflow decision — shorter hauls, warmer climates, animal comfort first. Metal top is a weather decision — long-distance transport, variable conditions, full enclosure. Your dealer can help you match the configuration to how you actually operate.

The GX Groundload — 53 feet, metal top, 12″×19 lb I-beam frame and neck. Built for maximum-capacity commercial operations.
