Options & Upgrades

Every Delco trailer ships with the features that matter most — built right, from the steel up. But no two operations are the same. That’s why every series in our lineup can be configured with the options below, so you get exactly the trailer your work demands. Talk to your dealer to confirm availability by series.

Double Deck Support

Structural support package for trailers running double-deck interior configurations.

Double Side Door

Full-height side doors on both sides of the trailer for maximum entry flexibility.

Dual Wheel Chuck Basket

Recessed or bolt-on wheel chock basket keeps chocks on the trailer at all times — nothing to forget.

Dunnage Rack

Elevated storage rack for securing dunnage lumber or pipe above the main deck surface.

E-Track

Full-length E-track system for flexible strap positioning anywhere along the deck — used heavily in enclosed and enclosed-hybrid setups.

Extra Battery

Secondary battery for extended hydraulic operation without running the truck engine.

Extra Clearance Lights (2-60)

Additional LED clearance lights added in even increments from 2 to 60 lights. Confirm count by trailer length for DOT compliance.

Extra Ratchets (1-19)

Additional strap ratchets for trailers requiring more tie-down points than the standard configuration.

Frame Bridge (per foot)

Adds additional frame bridging for trailers carrying irregular or point-loaded cargo. Priced per foot.

Front Tool Box

Tongue-mounted front tool box — lockable steel storage accessible from the front of the trailer.

Fuel Can Baskets (1-4)

Exterior-mounted fuel can baskets — front rear or both sides of fenders. Order in quantities of 1 to 4.

Hay Rack

Built-in hay rack mounted inside the trailer — keeps feed off the floor and accessible to animals.

HDSS

Heavy-Duty Suspension System — engineered for extreme-duty applications requiring maximum axle stability.

Hutch Suspension

Heavy-duty Hutch suspension system — commonly used on commercial-grade and oilfield spec trailers.

Landscape Toolbox

Roof-integrated toolbox designed for landscape trailer configurations — keeps tools accessible without consuming deck space.

Name Box w/ Light

Illuminated custom name box mounted to the front of the trailer — visible night and day.

No Logos

Ordered without standard Delco badging — available for dealers or fleet operators requiring clean branding.

No Spare Tire

Orders the trailer without any spare tire configuration — for fleet accounts that source tires separately.

Pull-Back Tarp System

Manual crank tarp system that covers the full dump bed — required in many states for debris and aggregate hauling.

Raise Neck 6″

Raises the gooseneck 6″ to allow taller fifth-wheel connections or improved clearance between truck and trailer.

Ramp Gap Cover

Steel plate that bridges the gap between the ramp and deck — prevents wheel hang-up on low-slung vehicles.

Receiver Hitch

2 inch receiver hitch mounted to the rear of the trailer for carrying accessories bike racks or towing.

Removable Breastplate

Front breastplate that removes for loading large animals or converting to a stock trailer configuration.

Removable Guide Rails

Bolt-on guide rails that can be removed when not needed — useful for trailers that carry both machinery and flat cargo.

Second Spare Tire Mount

Adds a second spare tire mounting location — for long-haul operations where a single spare is not enough.

Shovel Rack (1-4)

Exterior-mounted shovel and tool racks — quantities of 1 2 or 4. Keeps handles out of the way and off the floor.
