The deck meets the ground. The engineering makes it repeatable.

Tilt Trailers

Delco Tilt Trailers eliminate ramps by allowing the deck to tilt for ground-level loading of vehicles, equipment, and machinery. The full lineup covers compact carhauler tilts through heavy-duty tandem full-tilt flatbeds — load fast, haul safely, unload efficiently.

Why Delco Tilt Trailers?

Our Process-Built

Superiority

Full-Tilt vs. Stationary Deck — Engineered for the Application

Full-tilt models (T1, T6, T7, T8, T9) put the entire deck to the ground — maximum loading ease, lowest possible approach angle. Partial-tilt models (T4, T5) keep a 2′ stationary front section with a tilting rear — for loads that need a fixed front anchor point during loading. The right configuration for the right application.

102" Deckover Width (T1, T2, T4, T7, T8, T9)

Edge-to-edge deck on the wide models — no fender intrusion, full loading surface for wide equipment and vehicles. 83″ on the T3, T5, and T6 for loads that don’t need the extra width. Delco builds the width to the load, not to a single standard.

Heavy I-Beam Frame Throughout

All tilt models are built on heavy-duty I-beam frames engineered for repeated tilt loading cycles. The tilt pivot hardware is rated for the full GVWR of the trailer — the mechanism is not a weak point.

Gooseneck Options for Stability

T4 and T5 gooseneck tilt models provide improved weight distribution and highway stability for longer transport runs or heavier equipment — critical when you’re moving loaded equipment between job sites.

High GVWR for Equipment Work

All models rated at 14K GVWR as standard. The T8 and T9 tandem dual configurations are built for heavier commercial hauling. See individual model pages for specific axle and payload configurations.

Midnight Black Powder Coat — Built to Last on the Outside Too

PBS9-00005. Applied to every model. Corrosion-resistant, UV-stable, and built to look like new long after lesser trailers have faded and rusted. Custom colors available — but the standard is already right.

Common Questions

Answered.

How does a tilt trailer actually work?

The deck pivots at a central point, allowing the rear section to lower to the ground. Equipment drives or rolls on, the deck returns to level, and you’re ready to transport. No ramps to wrestle with. No steep approach angle to calculate. Load it and go.

Full-tilt (T1, T6, T7, T8, T9) lowers the entire deck to the ground — maximum loading ease for any wheeled or tracked equipment. Partial-tilt (T4, T5) keeps a 2′ stationary front section while the rear tilts — useful when you need a fixed front anchor point during loading or hauling loads that benefit from a stable front reference.

All listed tilt models are rated at 14K GVWR. The T8 and T9 tandem dual configurations are built for heavier commercial hauling. Always verify equipment weight against the trailer’s GVWR before loading — your dealer can confirm the right model for your specific equipment.

Yes. Wireless tilt remote control is available as a custom option. Configure it at order through your authorized Delco dealer.
