Heavy-Duty I-Beam Frame Construction
Delco enclosed trailers are built on the same I-beam and channel frame construction as the open trailer lineup. The enclosure is a structural upgrade — not a weight-saving compromise. These trailers are built for daily commercial use, not weekend moves.

Bumper pull enclosed models (E6, E7, E8) use a standard ball mount coupler — compatible with most tow vehicles. Gooseneck models (E1, E2) use a ball-in-bed coupler, distributing trailer weight over the rear axle for better stability, higher payload ratings, and more controlled towing behavior on longer hauls with heavier loads.
