The Cowboy Deluxe is what happens when a working livestock trailer meets ranch-day functionality. Built on a 6’8″ wide bar top gooseneck platform, the Cowboy Deluxe comes standard with a 4′ walk-in tack room with doors on both sides, rubber mat flooring, a bullet nose, 31″ solid sides, hay rack, and a full driver’s side door — all included, no upselling required.

The Cowboy Deluxe doesn’t make you pay extra for the features you actually need. A 4′ walk-in tack room with doors on both sides and 3 interior lights comes standard on every model. Access from the driver’s side or the off-side — load tack before the ride, unload after. Multiple tack room upgrade configurations are available for operations that need more storage, dog boxes, or a larger deluxe room.
SMOOTH-WELD CONSTRUCTION
Open bar tops let in everything — road debris, insects, wind, rain. The Cowboy Deluxe replaces exposed tubing with 31″ solid steel side panels, standard on every model. Your livestock arrive cleaner, calmer, and in better condition on longer hauls. The enclosed lower section also keeps your animals from stressing out at highway speeds.
Where the standard bar top runs bare treated pine, the Cowboy Deluxe ships with rubber mats on wood floor as a baseline. Animals get better footing during loading and transport. Cleanout is faster. And the pine underneath stays protected from moisture and waste longer than exposed wood. Cleated or smooth rubber floor upgrades are available for full-length rubber coverage.
The M6 is the 6-foot-wide entry point into the Cowboy Series metal top lineup — every model ships with a full steel roof as standard, not an upgrade. The enclosed overhead blocks radiant heat, keeps rain and road debris out, and reduces interior noise on every haul.
The M8 adds 6’8″ of interior width to the full steel roof of the Cowboy Series — the combination that covers most mid-to-large commercial livestock operations. More room per head under an enclosed overhead means animals arrive in better condition on hauls of any length.
The M9 is the widest configuration in the Cowboy Series metal top lineup — 7’6″ of interior width under a full steel roof, available from 16 to 40 feet. Built for operations running larger breeds or high head counts where both interior space and overhead protection are non-negotiable.
The MC20 is Delco’s entry-point Cowboy Deluxe — 20 feet of metal top gooseneck with every dual-purpose feature standard before a single option is added. The 4′ walk-in tack room has doors on both sides and 3 interior lights. Rubber mats on wood floor, 31″ solid sides, 6’8″ bullet nose, full driver’s side door, hay rack, and a 12″ LED light strip all ship standard.
The S6 is Delco’s most popular entry-point livestock trailer for small to mid-size operations. The open side panel design promotes airflow to keep animals comfortable during transport, and the full swing rear gate with slider makes loading and unloading fast and stress-free.
The MC28 is the top-spec Cowboy Deluxe — at 28 feet the running gear steps up to dual 8K axles, a 10″ I-beam neck, dual jacks, and 17.5″ LRH 16-ply tires to match the extended length and load. The full Cowboy Deluxe standard package stays intact.
