We utilize pressure-treated pine or optional steel floors supported by 3″ channel crossmembers on 16″ centers. This rigid sub-structure prevents deck bowing and ensures a flat, reliable loading surface for high-pressure point loads.
Every hauler features CNC-precision cut stake pockets and heavy-duty D-rings strategically placed for maximum securement versatility. This allows for safe, multi-point anchoring regardless of the cargo’s footprint.
To accommodate low-clearance vehicles and heavy equipment, our haulers are engineered with specialized rear transitions. By optimizing the dovetail and ramp angles, we reduce the risk of high-centering, ensuring a smooth transition from the ground to the deck.
